I was skeptical ordering something so customized online, but everything was flawless. Several helpful videos and quick replies to email questions assured me my measurements were correct. The product arrived with additional video links for installation. Installation took two of us (with common sense but minimal carpentry skills) about an hour to complete. The finished product looks great, fits perfectly, and was by far the most economical solution to replacing a broken microwave within an existing cutout.

Love the look with vents on top/bottom out of view; love the fit. Much better than the OEM stainless "finish" plastic that had vents on the sides that looked weird and rather shabby. Following Appliance Trim Kit's measuring instructions was straightforward; the short videos for each measurement were helpful. Similarly for installation. From ordering to receiving the kit was under 2 weeks. Worth the extra cost (vs OEM) for actual stainless. We're very satisfied.

Although the profile of our custom microwave trim kit isn't flush with our oven, it's a better fit than the oven manufacturer's trim kit. It's better in price than the manufacturer's and the thickness of each side (top, bottom, left, right) look more even and seamless. (Oven manufacturer's kit is too thick at top and bottom, for our intended cabinet allowances).

Thank you! Everything went GREAT. Worked as I had hoped. Replaced a door microwave with drawer microwave. The old door microwave had a plastic trim piece, which was “OKAY”. This is a little expensive but it is QUALITY built and looks GREAT. My wife really liked seeing the upper vents as he old plastic one did not have any.

The microwave trim kit looks great, it really finishes out our kitchen. I am pleased and would purchase again. The whole experience was a delight 😊

Quality product and great customer service. My install was very tight and required a height adjustment to the original risers provided with the kit. One contact with customer support and new risers were on their way at no additional charge. Install looks great, highly recommended!
